What it is

Nothing is bought off a shelf, and your business doesn't change to fit the software. Inside each system, Claude reads what comes in, checks it against your rules, and drafts or assembles the document. The rest is built around your accounts, your templates and the way your team already works.

What we build

The shapes a build most often takes. Each one is sold on its own and built one at a time.

  • Pipeline automation

Take on more work with the office you've got. Jobs moved from stage to stage on your rules, with the folder, the tasks and the chase raised each time.

  • Estimation

The quote goes out while the enquiry is still warm. Enquiries read, priced against your rules and drafted for a person to check and send.

  • Lead qualification

You only spend time on work worth winning. Every enquiry checked against your rules for the work you want, with the reply drafted.

  • Forms and documents

Paperwork done before the job starts, not the night before. Forms, procedures and checklists pre-filled from your records, gaps flagged for the person who signs.

  • Automating CRM updating

Nothing slips through because someone forgot to log it. The CRM kept up to date from the emails, quotes and calls that already happened.

  • Reporting

You know where the business stands without a Sunday on spreadsheets. Monthly client reporting built from data you already hold.

Smaller systems, each doing one job

Not on the list? If your team does the same thing by hand more than once a month, it is a candidate.

How it works

The nine stages in order, from the discovery call to monthly running, with the build in the middle. Discovery call Paid audit Quote Signature and deposit Data check Build Parallel run Go-live and training Monthly running

The call gives a rough estimate. The audit gives the annual cost, in your own figures, and what to build first. The quote comes from the audit. Nothing is switched off until the new system has run alongside the old way and your team trusts it.

Where a person checks

Every system does one of three things. It checks, it drafts, or it assembles. A person decides what happens next.

  • Checks

It checks an enquiry or a job against your rules and sorts it. Anything that fails goes to a named person with the reason.

    Lead qualification, Pipeline automation.

  • Drafts

It drafts the quote, the form or the email in your format. A person reads every draft, changes what they want and sends it.

    Estimation, Forms and documents.

  • Assembles

It gathers figures and updates from where they already live into the report or the record. A person reads the report, or approves the changes, before anything is used.

    Reporting, Automating CRM updating.

What always stays with a person: anything that goes out to a client, anything that costs money and anything to do with safety. The system doesn't sign anything, and it doesn't send anything to a client on its own. A RAMS is read by a competent person before it is used, every time.

What it runs on

Claude, the AI model from Anthropic, is the only software we run on. You own the Claude Team plan and the seat the system runs on, in your name, on your bill.

You keep your existing systems: the job system, the accounts package, the spreadsheets and the inbox. We build around them. The system reads from the places your team already works and writes back to them.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell off-the-shelf software. Each system is built for your documents and your rules.

  • We're not IT support. We don't look after your computers, your network or your email accounts.

  • We don't replace your systems. They stay as they are, and nothing is switched off until your team trusts the new way.
