The problem
You meet people, add them to a tracker, and mean to keep in touch. Then work takes over. Months later you realise a contact you liked has not heard from you at all, and reaching out now would look like you want something.
A comment on something they posted is enough to stay in view. Finding who has gone quiet, and finding something worth commenting on, is the part nobody does.
What it does
The contact tracker is read and the people you have not spoken to for the period you set are listed. For each one, something they have posted recently is found, and a one-line comment is drafted, plain and specific to what they wrote. A person approves the comment, it is posted from the company account, and the date is written back to the tracker so the contact drops off the quiet list.
What it needs from you
A contact tracker with a last-contact date, even a rough one. Your definition of quiet. A few comments you have written yourself, so the tone is right. Access to the company account, arranged so that you can withdraw it.
What it does not do
It does not post without approval, and it does not send messages. It does not comment on anything a person has not read first, because a wrong comment on a client's post is worse than silence. It does not know a contact is in the middle of something difficult, and the person approving does.
