Tell me a little first

Seven questions. It is quick, and it means the call starts in the right place.

Or email Blake@fenwickautomation.com. I reply within one working day.

Based in Sevenoaks, Kent. I work with small businesses across the UK.

What happens on the call

  1. You describe one document your team produces by hand, start to finish.
  2. I ask roughly how many hours a month it takes, and who does it.
  3. I tell you whether it fits. If it is not worth doing, I say so.
  4. You get a rough estimate: a range for the first route, not a quote. If you want to go further, the paid audit comes next. It works out what the paperwork costs you a year in your own figures, and what to build first. The quote comes from the audit: a fixed price for one route, with three options that cut scope rather than corners.

I work with businesses from sole traders up to 25 staff. If yours is bigger than that, I'm probably not the right fit, and I'll say so on the call.

After the call

The nine stages in order, from the discovery call to monthly running, with the build in the middle. 01 Discovery call 02 Paid audit 03 Quote 04 Signature and deposit 05 Data check 06 Build 07 Parallel run 08 Go-live and training 09 Monthly running

One route, signature to live: from 4 weeks, depending on the size of the job and the state of your data. We'll tell you on the audit.
