# Fenwick Automation > Fenwick Automation builds bespoke automation for UK small businesses weighed down by paperwork. We take the repetitive document work - quotes, forms, process documents, client reporting - and turn it into a system that runs on your own rules, with a person still checking anything that matters. Founded by Blake Fenwick in 2026. Based in Sevenoaks, Kent, working with UK small businesses of up to 25 staff. Every build starts with a free 10-minute discovery call and a rough estimate. Then a paid audit works out what the paperwork costs a year in the business's own figures, and what to build first. A fixed-price quote for one route comes from the audit. Nothing runs on its own where a mistake costs money or safety; a person signs off. Get your evenings and weekends back. Every build includes, at no extra line on the quote: a written rulebook of your process that you keep, even if you never build; the first month of monthly running included; a quarterly review in your first year. What happens after booking the 10-minute call: 1. Book the 10-minute call. Tell us the document that eats your week. 2. You get a rough range for fixing it, and something useful to take away. 3. If it fits, a paid audit works out what it costs you a year, in your own figures. 4. Then a fixed-price quote, with three options. What it runs on, and what it leaves alone: every system runs on Claude, in a Claude Team plan the client owns. Fenwick Automation does not ask a client to change the software they already use; it builds around it. Process, nine stages, always in this order: Discovery call, Paid audit, Quote, Signature and deposit, Data check, Build, Parallel run, Go-live and training, Monthly running. Contact: Blake@fenwickautomation.com, 07575 306373. Website: https://www.fenwickautomation.com What Fenwick Automation does not do: - No day rates. A fixed price for one route, from the audit, with three options that cut scope rather than corners. - No software you don't need. Systems are built on the accounts you already have, in your name. - Nothing runs on its own where a mistake costs money or safety. A person signs off. - Businesses over 25 staff: we say so on the call and turn the work down. Pricing: the 10-minute call is free. The price of the paid audit is given on the call. The build is a fixed price, three options, from the audit. Then a monthly running fee.
